Delivery

 

Posting your order
RADSTUDIO! will use the Post Office standard delivery service to send out orders. This can take up to 5 business days to arrive.  If you would like special delivery, or delivery for a certain day, please contact RADSTUDIO! direct using the ‘Contact Us’ page to arrange this and additional postage payment. (On larger items a courier service may be used).

 

Orders will be processed and sent for delivery within 3 days maximum, often much sooner when possible (the store is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).  We will notify you when orders go out with the accompanying tracking number (if applicable) to the email address provided.

 

RADSTUDIO! reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability.

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages by the postal service.

 

Flat Rate Shipping
RADSTUDIO! currently provides flat rate shipping on all orders for £5.95. If you would like to contact RADSTUDIO! about the cost of delivery, please do so via the ‘Contact Us’ page.

 

Shop Pick-Up
If you would like to pick up an order from the store, you can do so by clicking the ‘Collect in-store’ option at check-out. Alternatively, you can call RADSTUDIO! at +44 (0)1274 580298 to reserve an item, we will then keep the product until an agreed date that you come in to collect it (up to 5 days). Please check opening hours and store location before committing to a shop pick up!


Returns ONLINE

 

If you have any problems with the product/s you receive, please notify RADSTUDIO! Within 2 days of receiving them, via the 'CONTACT US' page.

 

If you are not happy with the product/s and would like a refund these will be issued as long as the following conditions are met.

 

  • Returns must be within 14 days of receipt. Returns can be to the shop or via the post.
  • The product/s must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out.
  • The receipt must be included with the product on return.
  • Please note that earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons. 

 

Delivery costs will not be re-funded or issued for returning products via post.


Returns in-store

 

RADSTUDIO! offers exchanges only for product/s returned within 14 days of purchase to the shop with your receipt. Product/s must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. 

 

If you do not want an exchange a credit note will be issued

If you wish to use any content from the RADSTUDIO! site, please only do so with prior written consent.

 

All items listed are accurate to the best of our ability.

 

Orders may be canceled at any time if we see fit (e.g. suspicion of fraudulent intent, insufficient stock, unable to authorise a credit card).

 

Please further note that RADSTUDIO! shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not your credit card has been charged.

 

If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, RADSTUDIO! will refund the amount of the purchase back onto your credit card.
